Shannon Bodrogi is a Seattle-based artist and musician. Originally from Santa Maria, CA - Shannon received their BA in printmaking from San Francisco State University. Working primarily with alternative photo printmaking, monoprint, relief, embroidery, painting, and collage - their work reflects the symbiotic layering of memory, lyric, and the romantic idea of our relationship with the natural world. Their work has been featured in group exhibitions and they have created designs for numerous bands, including Frankie Cosmos, Drainer, Void Boys, and SOAR. In 2023 they were a Bloedel Reserve Community Creative and a resident at the Fellow Ship Residency. In 2022 they received a 4Culture Relief Grant and in 2020 the SF Beautiful’s Muni Art Award.
